Before your first set
Start with a patch test.
It's a small step that tells us how your skin responds to the adhesive before a full set.
I book it ahead of your first set, and it takes about 15 minutes. You watch the spot at home for a day. A patch test helps but can't predict every reaction, so tell me about allergies and sensitive eyes too.

The day of your visit
Come with clean lashes
No eye makeup, no curler and no oil-based products on or near your eyes that day.
Leave lenses at home
Take contact lenses out before you arrive, or bring your glasses.
Arrive on time
A grace period holds for a short delay. After that the visit is shortened, not extended.
Who should wait
Tell me before your visit if any of these apply, and I'll rebook you.
An eye problem
An eye infection, irritation or a recent eye or eyelid procedure. Check with your doctor first if you're unsure.
A past reaction
A reaction to adhesive, tape or eye products, from me or anyone else.
A recent set elsewhere
Another artist's extensions come off before a new set, so allow time for removal.
If you notice a reaction
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care. I stop the service if anything feels wrong.
Questions about preparing
Do I need a patch test?
I ask every new client to patch test before a first set. It helps but can't predict every reaction.
What should I do before my visit?
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, take lenses out, and tell me about any allergies, irritation or recent eye procedures.
What if I react after a visit?
Tell me right away, and call your doctor or go to urgent care if you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision.
