Flutter is one room and one artist, so you always know who your lashes are with.
I started Flutter to run lash visits the way I'd want one run for me: the rules in plain words before you pay, a first look at your own lashes before anything is placed, and time to rest. I work alone, so there's never a hand-off.

The room
A quiet room on East Boulevard.
One bed, one task lamp and a window. The room is small on purpose, so it stays calm and nobody waits on anyone else. Parking is behind the building.
By appointment, Tuesday to Saturday
